Ramzi, Adam, Genaro were amazing movers. They took great care to be sure everything was wrapped and packed carefully. They communicated before and during the move to be sure they were meeting what I needed for the move. Their politeness and kindness matching their amazing packing and moving skills. Both Ali's and Osker were great at moving my stuff, but once we got to the storage unit, it was another story. They THREW my stuff in there breaking a glass table and a lot of my items. I am EXTREMELY UPSET. DO NOT RECOMMEND, ALSO WAS WAY OVERCHARGED

Thanks to the Petra Pro Movers team, my moving experience went smooth. I was looking for a moving company last minute and was able to get all of my furniture delivered instantly. The guys that handled my furniture were extremely careful with my belongings and worked hard. I was slightly worried I wouldn't be able to find a company that would be willing to help with my situation. Nancy the dispatcher, made sure I got scheduled as soon as possible. Jasmin helped me sort out the issues I was having with the additional items I had and reassured me of my delivery. She helped me work out a discount that they applied to help me afford my move. I did my research for moving from Kentucky to Texas by evaluating 3 moving companies and had a set of standard questions obtained from websites on " how to make your move less stressful" that I asked each company.

“Buyer Beware!”

Ways for "I got Your Back" Frank to improve their business.

1. Have the person doing the estimate be honest and upfront. Apparently she had the same list of standard questions I had because she answered each of my questions with the appropriate “correct” answers almost in the same order I had. My cost went from $4412.60 (the estimate) to $15778.000 (final bill)

2. Revise you Terms of Payment. The contract given to me at time of booking said nothing about the final payment being made by cash or money order. That information was in the bill of lading and that print was microscopic. After going to two different places, I finally found a bank that issued me a certified check.

3.The customer should not have to sign the contract until after the truck has been loaded. I had to sign the 5 page, small print contract the minute the movers walked in my front door. When I had questions, Frank and the movers kept saying "You agreed to that. It was in the contract."

4. Make sure you have the correct size truck when arriving. My belongings (no large furniture mostly moving boxes and totes) required two trucks.

5. Hire movers that will take care of the customer’s belongings. I have a minimum of 27 pictures of the damaged items and CRUSHED boxes including my large screen TVs. See below.

6. Answer your phone calls in a timely manner.

I will conclude with "Frank, your customer service is way, way below acceptable.
