We have a major ant problem, we just received our first treatment. The Technician (Michael) was friendly, personable, professional, and very helpful with some tips, and what to look for. I feel he did a thorough job with the application.
Gabriel from the sales department was also friendly and personable he explained all the services available but wasn't pushing for something we didn't need. In the future if I were to need those services I would contact him first. Again it was the first treatment, let's see how the next treatments are and I will update my review and results..

I honestly wouldn’t give any stars for the customer service that I had today with a gentleman from Greenix Pest Control. I was rushing to work, but wanted to give the young man time to share his pitch even though I knew that I couldn’t afford the services. He gave his pitch and I explained multiple times that I couldn’t afford anything. He would not take no for an answer. I finally said I needed to go to get ready for work. He called me a liar about not being able to afford services. I was blown away by his rudeness and admitted that I would report him and that he needed to leave my porch. He continued to stop at surrounding house to sell his services.
