Blue Grass Home Entertainment is best in class. Taking care of the customer is paramount based on my experience. We recently moved into a new home and BGE installed a new TV and speakers for our living room. 2 outstanding technicians (Joe and Alex) were total professionals. They answered all questions, made sure I was comfortable with the work they were doing, and took extra care to ensure the work space was spotless when they left. I would highly recommend BGE for all entertainment needs.

Overall

I hired this company to install a 10 camera video system in my Lexington home. They installed a 4K resolution surveillance system within 6 hours. The system is great, I can see all of the cameras from anywhere. The cameras have audio and microphone and I can speak through every single camera and have two way conversation which I had trouble finding in my Florida home. They did a very clean and quality job. I would recommend them without any reservation.

We worked with Chris of BGHE on upgrading our internet and wifi connections as well as our home entertainment center. We were very impressed with the level of knowledge and expertise that Chris and the entire BGHE organization demonstrated. We felt they were interested in making sure we made the right choices for our needs (and wants) and also helped us understand their suggestions as well as possible alternatives. My partner and I recently completed a home in Serenity Equine Estates. Overall it was a tough build, but one of the highlights of the building experience was working with Justin and associates with Blue Grass Home Entertainment. Justin and his team are professional, cordial, always pleasant to work with, and most of all knowledgeable about the product and industry. We installed home automation in the entire house and Justin made the process seamless and enjoyable. Even better, they are very competitive in price and offer a better product for the money than their competitors. I can't say enough good things about Justin, his team, and the business as a whole.
