We had a great experience with Bath Fitter. They installed a new walk-in shower for my elderly parents. It started with a face-to-face meeting with Ben Cooper who was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. After we signed on, Holly contacted us for the installation date. She was easy to work with and very responsive. Next Brad came out and did the install. He was on-time, very knowledgeable and super courteous. He got the install done in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend Bath Fitter.

We did some shopping around before selecting bath fitters and I wish we would’ve kept looking! I am sure this company has mutual feelings considering how many times we have complained and held them to the high standards that they originally sell. Multiple days and attempts... First attempt was a joke complete with a “step” because the tub ordered was the wrong size that we were advised not to step on. Second attempt was what we had hoped for at first, they were lovely enough to silicone an inch onto the walls and flooring. While the manager who demonstrates poor communication did offer a redo and %10 off, the amount of work needed after this expensive project because of the damage done to the surrounding area (bathroom sink, toilet seat, adjoining walls, floor) AND brand new tub is not worth the trouble or time needed to make sure you are getting your moneys worth and the professional service they claim to have. I have included some images of said work while we await a third visit for a curtain rod that was supposed to be installed the first two times.

Sales person came to our home to give an estimate. After receiving 3 estimates we choice to use Bath Fitters as we felt like we would be dealing with a much more professional experts however, that was not the case. Once our materials came in they called to schedule the install of our shower. However, once the contract had completely torn out the old shower and started putting the new shower in I notices something wasn't right. We had previously discussed extending our shower by about 3 more inches. The shower pan the contractor installed was 36 inches. We called and verified with the office that in fact the wrong materials were ordered for our install. Our install required custom shower pan and a more experienced contractor. So they had to reorder all materials again and we waited 2 more weeks (it has now been a month) for the next install. The install was done in one day however, what they don't tell you is the door has to be custom made by a company they use and we are now going on week 8 and still unable to use our shower as we do NOT have a shower door. Also, included in our order was a double corner shelf and shower head with hose which we still do not have as well. So, while it may be a "one day install" it may still be many weeks before you are able to enjoy your new shower. It is now Nov 3, 2021 and our original install started 9/15/2021 which was halted due to wrong materials, the next install was Oct 12, and now we are at 11/3/21 and still the job is not completed.
