The Eldridge Team is amazing! They listened to ‘how we live’ and created exactly what we needed. In addition to function, the home is beautiful…everyone who visits us agrees.?Their design is wonderfully contemporary. Katy is a gem! She navigated us through the selections process, and I love every single thing. Recommend!

Christopher, Matt and Scott were all extremely professional during the process of planning and designing my building. Their knowledge of the process from start to finish was well maneuvered and executed. Their connections with members of the planning and design committee were key to our project's success. They're also great people in general, and operate with a high level of integrity which you don't often find in the world of construction. I look forward to working with them on future projects, and continuing to improve upon the architecture in our city!

We used Eldridge in 2018 to build a very modern home. It took way longer than expected, but it competed lay 2019. We opted to make a list over our one year warranty period and have them fix all at the end of that period, to prevent having contractors in our home regularly.

The main issue we have is paint. The garage was not finished, multiple seams throughout the home are exposed. The painter we hired said “tell me who the bolder is so I don’t use them”. Why did we hire a painter? Because Eldridge thought that a couple hour notice for a painter to come repair was enough for us.

The stairs on our deck has pushed out the stucco wall and you can literally see an outline of the stairs on the wall next to our pool. When asked to fix it, we were told we didn’t report it during warranty period. As if the entire stairs shifting out into the wall is not a quality issue at all.

We had our attorney in contact with theirs but their lack of responsiveness drove us to either file for mediation or just eat it and fix it ourselves. We opted to fix ourselves because the cost of mediation was higher than the cost of fixing.

We do not and have not recommended them to any person who is looking for a builder. They truly made the home building process a nightmare and although I’m out of pocket several thousand, I’m glad they’re out of my life.

I have added photos of what we the ceiling looked like everyday while we take a shower. There’s also walls that are supposed to be same color and are not. Our stairs used to have sharp edges and would cut your heel if caught and the edge. Eldridge hired someone to smooth edges and said he’d restrain at the end of the warranty period, never did.

Recently, Eldridge Company did a complete kitchen and laundy room remodel for us, including the refinishing of our hardwood floors. We couldn't have been happier with the experience. We've done major remodels before and Eldridge Company was by far the most professional and easiest to work with. We especially liked that they communicated with us throughout the project, letting us know what was happening when, and who would be arriving at our house. If a time had to be delayed or rescheduled, which happens on every job, we knew about it immediately. We felt that Chris Eldridge was really taking care of us and that our project was his top priority. We wish he'd been around when we did those jobs in the past that were just so frustrating. Well done, Eldridge Company!
