If you look at these photos you will see the condition my AC unit looked like after inspection. Also, water from hose left on, AC Thermostat left off and turned all the way to 60 degrees, and cover to filter left on the basement floor.

The guys did a good job! Today they came and installed a new entire system. I have learned so much between the guy who quoted us and the people who came and installed. They made sure everything was right and set up properly before leaving by checking the vents and the temps that were blowing out.
Sad that we won't be using it long our selves as we are selling but it was definitely needed! Excited to see the change in our electric bill while we are still here. We also got the 12 months interest free financing. The crew with A+Derr is super friendly! I'm confident they did a wonderful job! I also shared a photo of the new thermostat they replaced as well. Temps were during the install lol

The experience was excellent you could not have sent two better individuals to install my furnace and my heat pump. They were very detail oriented very courteous. Ryan came to do a service call today. As usual he called us before arriving and let us know that he was on his way. He completed the service on the air conditioner, changed the filter , Made some adjustments and offered some recommendations. As always he was very professional and focused and did an excellent job. Jon came to check my furnace. He tried his best to get it going but unfortunately couldn't due to a blown exhaust motor. It was not cost effective to make the repair on a unit 21 years old. Jon set an appointment for me with Brad to get an estimate for replacement of the unit and let me know that the cost of the visit and diagnostic would be deducted from a new unit to help with the cost should I decide to replace. He was friendly, intelligent, polite and informative. I forgot to warn him that I have a overly friendly dog but he welcomed the attention and loved on him just like he was his own. I appreciated that I didn't have to shut the dog up in another room and make him sad. This is going to be my go to company for all my needs and will be recommending to my friends, family and anyone else who will listen.
Thank you Jon Givens. I appreciate you and your service... 1 month later update. I replaced my system. It took me a month to get them to return to make things right that they messed up on having to call everyday along with a million excuses and broken promises to get it done. They never put the money I spent for the diagnostic towards the new unit as promised. Still waiting on them to refund it to me since it wasn't done. Techs are nice but management is lacking. If they tell you that what you spent will go towards the replacement unit get it in writing and you still won't get it applied. I doubt I'll ever see it or get it returned to me. They don't keep their word in my experiences with them. Sadly I'm changing my rating because of this experience

Less than 2 hours after I called they were able to send someone over. Zach P. did a great job! He was very friendly and super knowledgeable. He figured out the problem quickly and was able to get my system fixed right away! It was truly a painless & stress free experience! 10/10 recommend!

The crew from A+Derr came prepared!!!, Damien and his crew removed 8 rooms of Duct work, the Furnace, the AC, and Water heater. Over the next day and 1/2 they busted their butts to get the job done. By day 2 they had everything installed,even took the time to cut out an extra vent for 1 of the rooms.
Tested everything,
Top notch job.
A+ Derr =A+ service and quality.
Professional, Polite, punctual, I couldn't ask for a better experience.
