We had a well known company come out for our spring tune-up on our furnace. The company’s technician told me that we had a crack in our heat exchanger and even showed me a photo that he supposedly took. Also that the blower fan needed to be cleaned , that it had build up on it. So I called KLM to get a second opinion. They sent Lucky out and he did a thorough examination of the unit, even taking out other parts so he could see the heat exchanger, he found no crack in the heat exchanger, he found no gases escaping , the fan had no build-up either. Lucky even called in Doug, an associate, who was in the area, to come and take a look. Doug concurred Lucky’s findings. Needless to say KLM will be our go to HVAC. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Thanks guys.

We have used KLM for many years. They respond quickly and are very knowledgeable. We have a boiler system which many businesses don't work on. Lucky knows our set up and has been able to come up with ways to make repairs without having to replace expensive parts. I highly recommend KLM.
