Long story short, our HVAC went out a couple weeks ago when it was 90+ degrees outside. They charged us $750 to “repair” our unit- it never even came back on. So, they took our $750 out of the cost of a new unit ($12,000)….flash forward to a week later, our unit never stayed on more than a few hours and we have 3 different tech come out to “fix” it, each time resulting in our unit shutting down hours later. The service manager claimed it was because our ducts needed to be cleaned and they would come back out again after that was done. $600 and a duct cleaning later, the unit shuts down AGAIN. The cleaning company also told us there was no way our ducts were the issue.

So, after THREE canceled service calls and a call to the manager, we finally got Mike to come out. Mike was the only good part about this company. He spent longer than 30 minutes at my house and actually did his job. He discovered that OUR UNIT WAS INSTALLED INCORRECTLY.

Yep, wiring was not done correctly. After he fixed that, we’ve had smooth sailing since.

Now this is where I get real pissed off. This company owes me $600 for a duct cleaning I didn’t choose or want at this current time. We’ve made multiple calls to the service manager asking to speak to someone higher up. They keep saying they’ll call us back. NOPE. Offered us a year free service and half my money back on the ducts “because we needed them cleaned anyway”. So, guess who’s getting reported to BBB?? I’m $1,300+ out of pocket over this nightmare and $200 isn’t going to cut it.

I recently had a leak in my kitchen sink and contacted Tom Drexler Plumbing through the online portal. They promptly sent a technician, Aaron T., the next day. Aaron was fantastic—super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Aaron quickly identified the issue and had the leak patched up, replaced the necessary parts (which was basically the whole system), and got everything working perfectly within the hour. The prices were also reasonable for the quality of service provided.

I am thoroughly impressed with Aaron's work and the overall service from Tom Drexler Plumbing. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services!

They sold me a machine for over $20,000 and I signed up as an associate for $24. Both services are terrible and the installation is a disaster. I have been calling them for several days and I don’t have answer o solutions.

1.- The machine that the company installed has problems, the machine does not fit with the tubes and they have put insulating tape. The air is so strong that it has lifted the tape and the air escapes into the basement

2.- On the first floor they have left me without a machine to control the air conditioning, continue with the cables that you left loose

3.- I signed up as a member paying $24.00, they scheduled my free inspections last Monday, I was home all day and no one came

4.- The installation has a hole in the wall

5.- error is that the control on the second floor must be downstairs, which is multi-brand, and on the second floor, the lead control must be the same brand of air conditioning.

Is this the years of experience they say they have? I don’t have a solution and they offered to fix air conditioning problems for 10 years! I need a solution to the problem or just take everything away and I will look for another company that does not have so much work due to misleading advertising and lacks efficiency.

Had as good an experience as I could. Adam was friendly, professional, courteous, took the time to talk with me, explain what they were doing, expectations for the day. He was on time, worked efficiently - even in the sweltering heat. He was considerate of my needs, my neighbors and left my yard as neat as he was able. Well done!! We are having several things done with our home through Tom Drexler. HVAC, Water heater and other plumbing issues and also electrical panel. All of the guys that have been here are very knowledgeable and very considerate. It has been nice being able to trust a company with my home. They have gone above and beyond my expectations.
The appliances are top notch that they put in, but the prices wasn’t. We had everything bundled together and it was well worth what we are paying.
I want to Thank all of the guys that have worked hard fixing up our home.

Just want to say how happy I am with Tom Drexler’s bath remodeling service. All of their team members gave us great service. There was no pressure during the consultation, they were knowledgeable, efficient and took great care working inside my home.

After the job was completed, I had a small issue with a portion of the job. I called the next day to let them know, and they came out the very next day, to correct the problem and made sure I was happy with the results. They really did care that I was completely satisfied. Check the before and after photos. Good job guys!
