I signed a 3 year contract for services. But it is not worth the $70 a month (that continues increasing every month). Especially if someone is able to walk up to my car sitting under the camera and the camera does not pick it up. Also, typically when an alarm goes off in your house, emergency services or a dispatcher is connected but that it is not the case with ADT. I am unsure what the $70 is for every month. I can buy a ring doorbell for $100 and pay a few dollars a month to recording services. Same for my back camera. Do not recommend!

*** AND after leaving this review, the owner of this business, Eric Armstrong took it upon himself to call my personal phone and was very unprofessional and nasty! AGAIN... Do not do service with this business!

**responding to owner: we could have had a conversation if you were this professional and courteous when you called my phone. I have called your office several times over the last two years complaining about my camera and always told to call ADT directly. You all go out door to door and want us to sign services with you all but after the contract is signed, want nothing to do with the customer. Might as well go directly through ADT.

Working with the owner, Eric, was a pleasant experience. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely polite. Staff of All-In-One were responsive to my needs and quickly worked to resolve any challenges we encountered. I highly recommend All-In-One!

All-In-One Security did a fantastic job installing my home security system. They were very professional and walked us through the entire process. They are very experienced and knowledgeable. By the way they are a local company which was important to us In case we want to add additional cameras, etc. highly recommend!!!
