I'm owner of (REVAMPED FAB) and everytime I go into to shop they are fairly quick with service, and if you have a question the will ask every employee until your satisfied with the answer, even if the question wasn't about thier shop. I'm satisfied with the services they provide me.

I was working in Louisville and needed some supplies and welders supply was very close to my motel. Excellent customer service and when I know that I will be going through Louisville and need some supplies I plan ahead and make the stop.
Interesting that all of their reviews are either a 5 or a 1 with an average of 4.3

We came here for my boyfriend to get a welding jacket and cap, and they were EXCELLENT! Offered help plenty of times and were very helpful. Definitely coming here for any future welding supplies for him ☺️

It is a shame that a 1 is the lowest that I could rate them. I called by phone to verify that they had in stock what I needed. They did. They asked how I was paying and I said credit card with the same billing and shipping address. They said that was fine. I was happy with the attention they gave me so I placed my order and they charged my card. I wrote a very positive review about my experience. However, 20 minutes after, they emailed me that they would be cancelling my order because I used a credit card, which on the website says that credit cards are accepted, not to mention I called ahead of time. Well, needless to say, once they put the charge on my account and then decided to change their policy, they cancelled my order and my credit card has a hold on it, not allowing me to purchase the equipment until the hold clears. I truly regret originally giving them a good rating. As a welding supplier myself, I verify as much information as possible prior to shipping, but I do not cancel my policy and cancel an order after I charge the card, unless there is proof of a potential fraud, which in my case there is not. I provided them with our physical address which they can verify with google maps. I offered bank and credit references as well as our re-sale certificate among other things. If you can buy someone else, I would.

Great service! Went in looking for a new hood last month and was set on a Miller but found the same exact thing, minus the price! Plus with the extra money I purchased some hammers and bags that I liked to have. The service was so friendly, they wanted to ENSURE that I got the hood that I wanted with the features that I needed at the price I wanted. They took their time in ensuring my purchase was up to par.

I will be back to purchase a welder in the near future.
