First time they came did not send enough wood for seals 2nd time did not bring any of the wood workers were great but when Johnathan did my contract he did not get any of the stuff to finish the seals. After I showed him and told him I wanted them all the same. Charged more for these windows after supposedly taking 350 dollars off each for the special they were running. Well over thousand dollars a window and I do not recommend them. To anyone. I will find someone else to finish my house . They don't give you paperwork. But they do have a lifetime warranty. Enough said I am not happy with pella at all.

I love my new windows. They are so easy to operate compared to my old ones. The installers were top notch professionals who did an excellent job.

I made an in home consultation appointment over the phone with Janice for Saturday at 1 PM. My wife and I wasted 2 hours sitting at home waiting for them to show. There were no phone calls to us, no way of calling them since they are closed Saturday (appointments only), and Pella customer service apologized for the lack of customer service we received. Sadly, CS could not get me in contact with anyone. I should've trusted my instinct and just went with Nashville Pella. Maybe I will get a big discount for being completely and utterly stood up during a beautiful Saturday afternoon.

I have 1980 Pella wood clad with aluminum windows in my home. They are doing great. The only room I did not have Pella products in was my sunroom. I replaced the aluminum windows in that area with Pella's Impervia fiberglass windows. I really like them and they have made a tremendous improvement in my heating and cooling cost. I did that project over 5 years ago. I am a raving Pella fan!
