Overall

While my initial review was not very favorable, I have had the opportunity to speak with Blake, President of Bluejay, and I'm happy to update my review. Blake and the team promptly put us on schedule to address our concerns and even added new company practices to help prevent similar situations of other customers in the future.

The fence now looks and works more like we thought it should and we are very happy with the work. The team was very professional, very understanding and agreeable throughout this entire situations. I would certainly recommend and use Bluejay Construction going forward.

Overall

Blake, Tanner, and Colton were all great! During the consultation, Blake addressed all of my concerns and questions while also giving his own opinions on each option, so I was very clear with the pros and cons of each.
Tanner and Colton did the installation for the retaining wall along with the removal of existing landscaping, and I couldn't be happier with the work! Tanner was very patient with explaining the process and answering any questions I had while they were working. I will call them for any future work and would recommend them to everyone.

Overall

Blake and the crew at Bluejay have been so easy to deal with after this hailstorm in June. The communication of when materials and work were to be expected was spot on. They replaced our entire roof, all siding, gutters, soffit, trim, fencing, and repaired broken windows. The work crews were respectful, the work was completed timely, and we are very satisfied with the end results. I have already recommended them to other family, friends, and neighbors needing work done.
