A well run company. These guys are informative, helpful and did good work. They provide a free follow up in the first year if needed. This was good for us when I accidentally cut the buried line doing yard work. They came out promptly and repaired it. Great job guys!

We have a 3 year old German Shepherd that occasionally left our property to harass a passersby. On a recommendation from a neighbor we called Derby fence and I spoke with Michelle. She was very friendly yet professional and informative of the product. On installation day (and always being informed) Robert arrived here and after walking the property and explaining how it would go, he got to work. Robert then educated me on the follow up training we would need to continue after his initial introduction with "Chief". We are pleased with everything provided by Derby Fence and will definitely recommend this company to family or friends that may be in the market.

First time dog owner and I called several area businesses to ask about electric fences. Derby’s Pet Fence answered each question (and many phone calls) professional and did not try to sell me anything more or bash other businesses. Installation was a breeze and the training material was excellent-even though it was on me to do it, was very easy to do. Highly recommend!! As you can tell, our little dog Dixie is quite comfortable and having the ability for her to roam freely but safely is a huge stress relief with this fence!
