I called and asked for quarterly pricing. Someone came out and inspected. He quoted me $65. We were good to go the next month. He came back out and in 10 minutes, had completed his work. As I was signing my receipt, he asked if I wanted him to come out monthly. I was confused because any other time I have had services rendered for pest control, it was quarterly. He said that the insecticide was only good for 28 days. Also, it means that I would have been paying $65 a month instead of per quarter like I asked. Other well known companies were offering $99 per quarter at that time and I would have gone with them had I known it would be almost double per month. I waited until the 28 days were up before I did my review. I did not have any insect issues during that timeframe. The man was very nice and pleasant but the miscommunication resulted in me giving it a three star.
