One of our best plumbing/heating technicians! He is friendly, knowledgeable, and always expertly gets the job done. He's worked on our plumbing before, and when our hot water went out, he managed to get our old water heater going again. I'd highly recommend Robert and Dauenhauer to anyone!

Mark Letner was great. He is very friendly and fixed what I needed fixed the right way in a timely manner. I work until 4 so he had to come a little later and didn’t complain he got the job done. I appreciate him and would definitely recommend dauenhauer to everybody.

What an amazing job Dauenhauer Plumbing, Nick and Dean technicians, did for us yesterday! They replaced all our cast iron pipes last week and this time they replaced the main sewer line through the basement wall and out to the street. They were polite and considerate of our home and worked so diligently to take care of each new “issue” that came up as they worked. A+ rating from us and thank you!!

Our visit today from Austin from Dauenhauer was professional. The techs were successful at fixing our problem and maintained a pleasant demeanor, even though they had to go to Home Depot to get a part they needed for our toilet. Austin took off his shoes on the porch to go back and forth in our home and the other tech wore booties. Our toilet was fixed quickly with a six months warranty.

Caleb was AWESOMELY AWESOME! Arrived exactly when he estimated. He is very respectful and conscious of his surroundings. He maneuvered equipment in and out with ease. He is quick and thorough. He cleaned up everything as he worked. Caleb is by far a professional!

The company has been very efficient and each person has worked hard in an emergent plumbing situation. I am especially grateful for Ezra staying well after his shift and contacting many more people than his job entailed. He has been extremely helpful thus far and I presume he will continue to achieve great things within the company. He was also extremely professional, courteous, respectful, and caring throughout all conversations and interactions.

Water heater burst early Friday morning before Christmas. Called at 7 and they had Robert out to my house by noon and he installed a new water heater by 3. Awesome job and very happy with his work. Great guy and hard worker.
