I had some small pieces cut for gas lanterns. They cut while I waited. In and out in 20 minutes.

They did an incredible job! We had a large window crack and we were worried it was too large to be replaced. We called Alexandria glass and the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. They came out the same day to take measurements and said the glass will be ready in two weeks. Exactly two weeks later, they came by and replaced the window and were super fast and friendly. I highly recommend!

Never delt with this place before but if there work is as bad as their driving skills. I'll never deal with them ever. They have no regard to public safety or even there own as far as that goes.

I placed our order for shower doors in October of 2021. It is November 2022 and we still don't have a working door.

We ordered a few doors and a mirror. They installed the doors around December of 2021. After about a month or so, I realized that one of the shower doors was sagging and would scrape the floor when opened or closed. I called Alexandria glass to let them know and about a month later, a technician made his way out to fix it. He told us he would need to order a part then left. We didn't hear from them for a month or so and called them again. This time the technician came to our house and took the faulty door, saying he would reinstall it when the parts arrived. After several months of not having a door, we called to ask them when it will be reinstalled and were told the parts weren't in yet. At this time it was August or September. Almost a year from our initial order and we still didn't have a door. We asked for a refund and within the next few days, the part arrived. The technician came out and reinstalled our door only for it to still scrape when opened or closed, this time, the top part of the frame. Along with this, the technician was rude and gruff while he was here.

I will not work with them again and am going to call a different company to fix the door. It is over a year now from our initial order and our door is still not in working condition.

Instead of appointments, the technicians will call you from various numbers when they happen to be near your house and expect you to be able to leave work. If you can't drop everything and go home, you won't hear from them for weeks after.
