They draw out your cabinet plans for you patiently and show you 3D images of what your cabinets will look like on your wall precisely. Andrea is excellent at her job! Her customer service skills and knowledge is amazing. We appreciate all her help!
Some interesting home improvement items
Prices comparable to the big box stores and lower than most local building supply retailers. I don't know anything about the quality or durability (that's why 4 and not 5 stars). I enjoyed some of the best service I ever had from an employee named Sawyer, the next day I enjoyed the same level of service from Bec. The store opens late in the morning. Remodelers and contractors begin work early in the morning and need to access their suppliers long before 8:30 am. I purchased three exterior doors and will likely visit the store again.

BUYER BEWARE!
NO RETURN POLICY, EVEN IF THE PRODUCTS ARE DAMAGED. Staff claims to have inspected a toilet I purchased, however when I opened the box the base was broken. When I returned to the Baton Rouge location to simply ask for a replacement toilet or a comparable one.....They refused, and I was forced to go buy a new toilet at Home Depot!!

I brought two vanities from this store went in to exchange one of the vanities due a lock missing and scratches on vanity. In doing so, I was told that I would have wait until the guy comes back from lunch to assemble the vanity to make sure all pieces were accounted given that I live 30 minutes from the store. I thought that this was unacceptable when you have return policy in place. They offered to give me a side wall out of another box to go along with the box that I currently had with the vanity pieces. I will never buy anything else from this store. BAD BUSINESS!!!!

It’s your standard discount building supply warehouse. Have gotten quite a few good deals here on materials that in general have held up and not shown to be a “budget buy”. Staff is generally on point and helpful too.

Hard to access. Don't turn on the road that has the sign, it didn't connect to the parking lot. So much verity and pretty great prices.

I came into the store on Florida St. got a free measurement for my kitchen, purchased all the cabinets, Well we just opening the boxes to find we got the wrong measurements, but in order to return the cabinets without the box, the Florida store manager stated he have to take 20% from not having the cabinets in the box. I purchased cabinets and picked up cabinets from the same company in Gray Louisiana, one of the cabinets was not in the box, I questioned it. I was told by Gray Louisiana store, Florida store measured wrong they should have taken the cabinets with are without boxes, because they measured wrong, oh and the cabinet I purchased from Gray Louisiana had little cheap and a white kick plate on it I still paid the regular price no discount was giving to me,but I needed the cabinet because I couldn't find that cabinet no where

I was just going in to look and Brandon was VERY helpful, he knew his stuff and gave me informational pamphlets to take home to make sure I found exactly what I wanted. He was very professional in his recommendations and knew how to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend this place!

Been coming here since the flood. They don't always have what I want but are always helpful. They get things as they are sent not always what they need. This is a corporate thing not a site thing. They have great prices and great products.

I haven't been there yet and from reading the reviews I'm apprehensive about going. My contractor said that is where they shop and I trust him, so I guess I will give it a shot. Hope you guys bring your A game tomorrow. Maggie's coming to town!

I have purchased tile flooring, windows, doors, and guess where I'm going for ceiling product, that's right Surplus Warehouse. Before I wrote this I read the other reviews because I wanted to find out why people were giving such low ratings. Well after reading them I have come to the conclusion that these people are have very high expectations coming from DIY'ers. Do your homework, don't expect someone else to build and create your project. If you know what you want it makes everyone else's experience much more pleasurable. Particularly when you know what you want and have to wait 10 minutes on the person in front of you soliciting free carpenter/contracting advice from the staff. Watch a YouTube for crying out loud. Do your homework!!!

At least their people are somewhat educated and helpful. They never answer the phone here. By the Alexandre store's admisdion, they don't have anyone availible. I believe them. Btw..paid $30 more each for 8 windows at the Depot...worth it!!
