Their response to my inquiries was immediate, unpressured, knowledgeable and friendly by phone, during an initial home visit with Mr. Josh S. to assess the situation and during my visit to their beautiful showroom. All of my concerns were heard and addressed.

Workmanship by the professional craftsman I was privileged to be assigned, Mr. George A., was phenomenal! Exceptional pride taken in his work was evident from the very beginning!
1) On-time arrivals, in spite of travel distance and notorious area traffic left me in wonderment!
2) He respectfully accommodated my special and possibly frivolous wishes concerning door entry and exit.
3) His willingness to execute precise measurements certainly paid off in the end by the beautiful finished product!
4) Mr. George's professional expertise was recognized during the tear-down process in his ability to identify and remedy old plumbing issues.
5) He was also able to creatively and artistically design a solution for water damage done to my kitchen ceiling on the floor beneath the bathroom.

My wife and I decided it was time to start updating our house starting with a new tub in the guest bathroom. We’re definitely impressed and more than happy that we chose Re-Bath. The whole process from the consultation to the installation was amazing.
Terry R was our installer and was awesome! Not only was he very friendly but he kept us updated through the whole process and was able to finish the project in 3 days which was a day earlier than expected. He even gave me tips on some diy projects that I’ll be doing next in the bathroom. We plan on doing a tub to shower conversion in our main bathroom in the future and we hope to have him as our installer again because we’re definitely going to go through Re-Bath.
My only concern is that my step kids (grown adults) are going to want to move back in when they see we switched our old tub to a wider, soaking tub!

I just had a beautiful shower installed by Rebath. The installer named Marvin did a really great job. He was knowledgeable. Professional. And polite. My only complaint was that the sales person told me a master plumber would do the job. That was incorrect. The installer was not a master plumber. That being said. He performed like a master plumber thank goodness. It could have been disastrous but thanks to Marvin it all turned out really well. To sum things up. Really really expensive but very beautiful.

Our installer George was very professional and honest. He showed up early each day, and worked non-stop Monday through Friday without stopping. Our original bath fixtures were all 40 years old, same age as the house, and he had a lot of hard nasty work to do with the demo. He was genuinely interested in our needs and made sure we were pleased. His finished project was immaculate. We’re very much looking forward to enjoying our new bathroom for years to come!
