Overall

Hurricane Francine ripped down our 14 foot cedar fence and several tree limbs. With some neighbors help, we got the debris to the street in 2 days. I called Junk King and got scheduled the next day! They picked up the debris in about 15 minutes, cleaned up spic and span, and gone at a reasonable price. If you want it done fast, these are the guys!

These guys did and awesome job . They were on time and the price was also good. They were very courteous and efficient. They worked very quickly and got the job totally done. Great communication with this company. They offer estimates and allow you to agree or not. If you agree they start working immediately. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Overall

Very good communication from the company as well as quick and efficient work. They showed up, saw the items, gave an estimate, and when I approved the price they got to work immediately. I only had a sectional couch, so they were done in minutes. I expect they would be just as efficient with a larger load (as fast as 2 people can go at least). They charge by volume, not time, which I think is fair. Overall, I would recommend them, and I would use them again for my junk removal needs. I wish I would have been able to tip more, because the work they did was certainly worthy.

Overall

Made an appointment online. They arrived when they said they would and were friendly and efficient. Great communication and made the whole experience easy.

Felt the price was fair, maybe a bit on the expensive side but fair. Then again, I have no idea about the going rate for junk removal. Just greatly appreciated the service and the quality of the work.
