Excellent service and timely! Called on a Sunday because our A/C was out and the technician came out very quickly (can’t remember his name) but he was excellent and honest! He fixed the part and put us on a maintenance plan that is a great deal and gives one piece of mind. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend Parrain’s?

Andre the tech that fixed my AC was personable, and knowledgeable. Within an hour he had my AC fixed and the price for the service call was great. I recommend Parrain AC and Heating highly.

You know I really held off writing this review because I didn’t want to. I was hoping they would do the right thing and I would not have to do this because I hate doing this. We had used Parrians in the past and they had done a wonderful job with service, so we choose them to replace our whole unit when the time came. Not only have they had to come out 3 times since installing the new unit. One of times was because the AC work upstairs was done horribly, where the unit busted open like a can of biscuits not even two months in and then the guy had the nerve to blame it on the other guy he was with when he installed it that day. Ok so you don’t check your work? So I asked for someone Senior to come out and check the work that was done to ensure this doesn’t keep happening and someone came and they were here for 2 mins, so I can sleep well knowing nothing was truly checked. I had also asked them to raise the ducts as our inspector had told us having them lay on the attic floor was not up to code, so I knew when I got a new system I wanted this done. They said they could do it and it was included. I even asked again when they were here installing it and was told yes mam we will come back and raise them in the winter but it’s too hot right now. Now we are told that it was NEVER included after we asked at least 3x times, 2x to the sales guy and then again to the guys installing we were assured this was apart of the deal. I’m honestly just so disappointed and disgusted that we were lied to like this and will be crying all night so thanks. Guess lesson learned but I won’t be using them or recommending them ever again. Real shame. Now I have to find another ac company to come check their work and hang the ducts. They also cracked my ceiling and it’s still not fixed!!! Gotta love it.

To respond to Parrains response. I understand that it wasn’t included but it should have been. I asked the sales guy twice to ensure it was included and was assured it was. I again asked when they were here installing it. As for the duct work, it had never busted open prior to your team being here. All I’m asking for is accountability that your team lied to my husband and I. Also I was here working and Cory NEVER asked how much, YOUR guy said he would get him a quote and then when he left I asked Cory wait did he say he needed a quote for that because WE WERE TOLD IT WAS INCLUDED 3x. I will take accountability for not making sure the contract had what was agreed to verbally but unfortunately I was out of town. Also coming out and fixing your teams mistakes and sloppy work should be a number one priority and your comments make it seem like you did us a favor when it should have been good day one. Also the guy that came to “check” the unit was here a total 2 mins. So how much was really reviewed. Just apologize and acknowledge your team lied to us and I can move past it.
