Well, I called them because of the reviews. I left a message and called again the next day. No answer, no reply. Now it's the third day and still nothing. They may not be in business anymore. Anyway, I was hoping for a better experience.

I’m seriously impressed! I’m not the type to call someone because I’m not too trusting of repair people in general. I usually figure out and fix things myself. With it being Christmas and my crazy full work schedule I decided to just call since I didn’t have the time to do it myself. I’m so happy I did. He had great communication from the start. He was honest too...I only had a loose connection and he told me that and fixed it. He took pictures showing me and explaining everything he was doing/checking for. I only had to pay the service call out price which is cheaper than what my friends have paid to others. I will definitely call him again if I have any issues with anything and have already started recommending him to others!
