After some recent storms we had a branch go through our roof. Rob Mooney from Cypress was able to come out the next morning and temporarily patch the hole until the crew came out about 4 days later. They replaced decking and used some of the original packs of shingles I had in my shop. The repair is almost unnoticeable and the clean up and care for our home was great. Would 100% recommend Cypress Roofing, their integrity, communication, and timeliness was extremely professional.

Best experience with Cypress roofing. A big shout out to Kaleb. He was very helpful in discussing the roofing issues, filing a claim with home insurance and then meeting the inspector on site and making the claim get approved. Kaleb and his team replaced the entire roof in a day and cleaned up the exterior. The team came back after few days to make sure everything was properly repaired and cleaned. Highly recommend them.

UPDATE: Cypress came out shortly after I posted this review. Nearest I can tell, they did a good job reattaching the gutter which loosened and the gutter guards which came off. It sounds like there wasn't enough gutter guard material overlapping when they first installed. I'll update again if there are future problems.

Cypress had their crew come out and fix a small portion of my hand-nailed roof after hurricane Ida. They did a great job with that. But they left the edge of the roof exposed for months while they attempted to find gutter guards for my roof. The guard style isn't being made anymore, but eventually Cypress got some machined and installed about 5 months later.

The problem is, nothing from the gutter crew was properly attached. For months screws of less than a cm in length would rain off my roof. Then the corner leaf catch came off. I ended up attaching some chicken wire there myself. Then a piece of the gutter partially detached from the roof and sags terribly when it rains, causing water to pool and overflow in that area (even when the gutters are clear of debris). The gutter guards also shift around and have just blown right off the roof.

I've let Cypress Roofing know every time there was a new development in the gutters / guards detaching. Every time they placate me saying they'll send someone out, and every time they just don't show. I don't know if they just have bad communication with their crews or they just have bad customer service, either way, I've been brushed aside even after sending photos 3-4 times.

Cypress Roofing is the guys to call if you need any work to be done. Rob Mooney is a great project manager and goes above & beyond for his customers. He does everything to make sure the customer gets what they're looking for without having to go over budget. Rob & his office personnel also handled everything with the insurance company. I can’t say enough great things about our interactions and service with this company! From the moment we began, everyone and everything was handled professionally. Each step of the insurance claim process was explained throughly and a Cypress representative worked well with our adjuster.
We never felt pressured to make any selections. We had all our questions answered. The materials were delivered on time and the delivery driver was extra careful to place bundles to cause the least disruption to our normal routine.
The work crew was amazing! They were careful with all our landscaping and cleaned the work area each day. When they completed their work- there was not a speck of material left behind- not even one nail!
The roof itself is beautiful. We went with the high impact grade 4 shingles as our insurance company gives a yearly insurance discount! We went with the High Profile ridges and boy are we pleased with how that looks on our home.
Cypress Roofing has been a joy to work with and both myself and my husband would highly recommend them to anyone.
