The customer service was fantastic! The price was very affordable, the guys who came fixed the window were very professional and kind. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Just had such an horrible experience with this company(specifically the owner Wes Arabie) and its shady business practices. Called them on Friday to come out to replace my commercial door closer(arm that retracts the door) the tech (Mike) did a great job. He replaced the part and readjusted the door (physically took the entire door off and put it back on) However later that night when we went to close up, the lock (cylinder) for the door (which was just replaced back in March might I add) wouldn’t turn over. Called the door company back, because we had no issues with the lock prior to the door arm being replaced. The tech comes out and tells me the door cylinder is bad. I tell them not possible because we just had it replaced a few months ago and it wasn’t giving us ANY PROBLEMS prior to the door arm replacement. He then says they have charge me an additional $161 to replace the $20 cylinder. I reached out to the locksmith company and explained what I was being told, and that I refused that recommendation from the tech and contacted the company back to explain why that was not going to be satisfactory since we never had any issues with the lock only the door closing, and they sent out the owner (Wes)
Wes arrives and inspects the door, After a few minutes, At this point Wes tells me that they longer need to replace the original cylinder and that it’s working perfectly fine, that they just needed to put some WD-40 on it, even though the tech was adamant that it needed to be replaced because he stated it “went bad” I contacted the original locksmith company that replaced that part on a three way call and he (original locksmith) stated to tech that it’s no way the cylinder was bad, because it had just been replaced and we weren’t having any issues with it prior to Friday. The tech then said let me contact my boss back to get a price for you for the replacement cylinder part. I expressed my confusion about the back and forth and questionable business practices they were using, and instead of apologizing for the confusion, Wes spoke to me in the most disrespectful, insulting and degrading way. Word for word, he stated that if I didn’t like the job they did, he couldn’t care less if called another company, because he’s been in business over 40 years, without a blemish on his record to the BBB, so do whatever I need to do. A few more disrespectful words were spoken, and I was so taken aback by how this man was speaking to me, that I quickly ended the conversation and simply said thanks for your time and that this was unacceptable and that it wasn’t personal it was business, and I no longer wish to speak with you, have a good day, and walked inside of my shop and closed the door. Now this not the behavior I would have expected from a fellow small business owner in our local community and I am extremely disappointed to say the least. I hope that by me sharing my story, I can prevent him from treating anyone else the way he treated me and the way he spoke to me today. The tech even called my business afterwards to apologize because of how the owner treated me. I am a small black woman owned business, for over 15 years and didn’t deserve to be handled in such a disgusting and disrespectful way

From the staff to the owner, these guys are very professional, courteous, punctual and they do an EXCELLENT job.
No matter how many questions you ask, these people deliver the best customer service. My experience with them has been EXCEPTIONAL!

I HIGHLY recommend AA Screens & Glass to anyone that wants to install walk-in shower doors. Great customer experience and quality service. I want to thank Mr. Wes and Chantelle for the assistance you have provided. I will definitely do business with you again!
