Unfortunately the toto tolit I brought from them less than a year old lost a internal drain seal, they don't warranty seals (the seal is lost in tolit) and have no parts. Im stripping the internal parts and replacing with something i can get from local box stores.

The guy at the counter was a joke. One of those that acts like he already knows what you're looking for just because a woman walks in by herself. When he realizes that he brought the wrong part and was acting stupid, he states that he didn't have this common part.
We left and went to The Plumbing Warehouse (1 minute away). We told the salesperson at The Plumbing Warehouse what we needed and he got us exactly what we needed. He then noted some helpful suggestions as handed us the correct part.
Never going back to Coburn's.

I was looking for a valve kit for Moen Roman tub faucet. The gentelman who helped us was super nice and knowledgeable and sowed me how to fit all the parts and even crimped the necessary fittinf to the end of the tubes. Highly recommend them.

Coburn's sold a Whirlpool refrigerator to my elderly parents in June. The refrigerator has never worked properly. Instead of Coburn's replacing it they have "called Whirlpool" to service it. My parents have now been totally without a working refrigerator for two months. We'll be requesting our money back from the credit card company and having them pick up the defective refrigerator. Unfortunately, they thought that because Coburn's was a smaller, local business (compared to the big box stores) they would receive better service. Back to Home Depot!

Edit: I posted a FB complaint and Coburn's promptly deleted it after telling me in a PM that I should fill out a form so that Coburn's could better help me!! Wow
