Wow! You never see Customer Service like this anymore! Both Darren and Robert were so helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to answer our questions and guide our decision making. Their expertise is unmatched- we’d been to several other places and no one even offered to help.

I usually do an offset backing into the dock.Watch your mirrors. If they removed both of the red cement blocks, blocking the dock close to the far right side. It would help with the backing situation there.

I had a very impromptu meeting with Carolyn in the design center at floor and decor in Metairie. I must say that I am thankful for all the assistance that Carolyn provided. Carolyn assisted me with designing my bathroom and kitchen. She has a true eye for design, but for me, her most endearing quality is her ability to connect with her customers. Ordered ~1,000 SQ ft online as a pro customer. My order wasn't ready after a day. Impossible to get anyone on the phone. Online seemed to indicate half the order was pulled.
Sent an employee in to get a substitute product.
Many hours and phone calls later, we finally ended up with a cheaper less expensive product for MORE money. Yes, you read the right.
Net result: so much time wasted to spend more money on an inferior product.
I've spent probably $100's of thousands at the Gretna location over the years, but I will not be back to either. Huge time wasting.
I'll go back to Home Depot - cheaper, less time consuming, lower quality, but at least I know what I'm getting.
So disappointing. So sad for such a convenient location that is so poorly organized and managed.

A brand new Floor and Decor store and it's very nice. It was well stocked. There were many employees there to help. They have everything you need to build and design floors, walls, bathrooms, counter tops, evt. They have installation equipment. They offer installation services. They seem to be ready to help. Hopefully it stays that way!!
