Overall

SCOTT MORRIS is very professional. He took time to explain every issue I was having so I would understand. I would recommend him due to his trustworthy work ethics. I called for one thing which I thought was minor and mentioned other concerns I was having and he was patient enough to go into full detail which made me very comfortable especially being a single woman that lives alone.

A pole was hit by a vehicle and when the pole fell it pulled my electrical box off my home which left me with no A/C, and lights. Called Stuart and the sent Adam to give me an estimate and we discussed what I needed. Adam explained exactly what items I needed and explained what he would be doing, and the time doing it. He even went over all the paper work and we were able to get approval the same day. Adam knew how important it was to get my electrical box connected he was here the next morning, worked all day and even the rain didn’t stop him. He finished everything, did a great job. I appreciated he did to get this done. I would recommend him to others with no hesitation. Thanks!

Overall

Kyle arrived within the designated timeframe. After asking a few questions to qualify the issue he went to work troubleshooting. Within 90 minutes my unit was back on line. Kyle also made and implemented a couple of changes to make it more efficient. Would recommend him again. He is very personable and professional.

Stuart Services had the best price for the size A/C unit I needed after my 1995 model broke, as well as 0 percent interest for 3 years. All of their employees from the receptionist to the installers were polite and experienced. Recommend them highly

We have had Adam come out twice now to install two receptacles for our stove and now dishwasher. The house we bought came with these appliances hard wired and it was just a pain when it came time to get new appliances. Adam came both times within 24 hours of my call and had everything done quickly and professionally. He was fantastic and knew what he was doing and took the time to explain to me what he was doing as well and what information I needed to pass onto my husband to help install the dishwasher. I would highly recommend Stuart Services for their customer service and great work.

Overall

Stuart Services came highly recommended by a friend. He told me that he had always had a good outcome with their service. I can tell you that everything was handled quietly and professionally as they replaced my electric panel, installed some smoke/CO2 detectors and fixed some loose outlets. Everything was explained to me in an easy manner and they let the workplace (my home) as they found it.
I am glad that Stuart Services is an option for my electrical needs. Very happy customer!

I had a pretty complicated electrical issue with my house (loss of main power due to a damaged underground main feed). Stuart Services was able quickly troubleshoot and then effectively plan and execute the complicated repair. This required coordination with the service provider and the city (not easy!) I am very glad I called them to solve this problem.
