Norred installed a new sprinkler system for our store. They did high quality work at a good price and the customer service was excellent. I would call to let them know that we were ready for the next phase of the project and they would show up the same day or the next day. I had a few small leaks on the pre-existing old sprinkler header. When I call them about the leaks they sent someone there immediately to fix the issue and did not charge me even though it wasn’t part of the system they replaced. I would definitely use them again.

As someone who highly values honesty, integrity, and professionalism, I am deeply disappointed and troubled by the business practices of Norred

A fire alarm company, by its very nature, holds a significant responsibility for the safety and well-being of its clients. With this responsibility, there should also come a high degree of ethical conduct and a commitment to providing truthful and accurate information. Regrettably, this was not the case with Norred.

It has come to light that the company has been involved in misrepresenting facts to the state fire marshal, with the apparent intention of promoting its own agenda. This level of deceit is not only unethical but also dangerous, potentially putting lives at risk.

In a sector where trust and honesty are paramount, the behavior exhibited by Norred is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering using their services to think carefully and consider other more reliable and transparent companies.

A fire alarm company must hold itself to the highest standards of integrity, something that Norred has sadly failed to do. Consequently, I can't, in good conscience, recommend their services. It's my belief that any business, but especially those in life-saving sectors, should operate with the utmost honesty and respect for both the rules that govern them and the clients they serve.

I sincerely hope that this review encourages Norred to review and improve their business practices for the future.
