Overall

Simon was able to come out quickly for a last minute appointment before we moved. he was one of the friendliest people I have encountered in a business in quite some time. he did a great job cleaning our couch and white nursery chair that had several years of use between two kids and two dogs, would definitely use the company again.

Simon did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet !! My living room carpet was so filthy and stained i didn't think it was possible to clean but he an outstanding job !! I most definitely highly recommend ProMaster !! Professional & will leave you in shock with the results you didn't think were possible!

When preparing to put our house on the market I budgeted $5k for new carpet to be installed. After visiting a friend who recommended I try to clean them , I called ProMaster. Andrew was courteous and prompt; he scheduled me quickly and at my convenience. I was shocked at the low quote and figured there would be hidden costs, “extras”, or maybe a less than quality outcome. Boy was I wrong. Andrew showed up on time, polite as can be, and worked magic. I had white carpets that were needing replacing when we originally bought the house. Add a couple years with a young son and a dog and not particularly good housekeeping skills and you get deeply soiled almost gray carpets. Andrew made them like new again. Not only do I love my “new” carpets but I didn’t have to spend an arm and a leg to get them. No extra costs, no hidden fees. If I could rate them a 10 out of 5 I would. Thanks again Andrew!
