Excellent customer service. Called at 750am and left a voice mail on a Monday morning (the day after the time change). By 930 that same morning I had already received a call back, the technician was dispatched and the issue was resolved. We had toilets in two of our bathrooms that were backed up. Not only did the technician resolve the issue but he left the space cleaner than he found it. By far a very positive experience.

Thoroughly knowledgeable, experienced, dependable, and highly professional, warm, and courteous, Acadiana Plumbing gives superb, timely service that I cannot recommend highly enough. Called these guys on a weekend due to a toilet clog hopping to get a service tech the following Monday. They called and the service tech showed Monday before noon. He took a quick look at my slow running toilet, grabbed his auger and had my toilet unclogged in less than three minutes.

From the time he drove up until he was leaving my property was less than fifteen minutes. Service was fast and accurate!

Only a couple complaints; (1) I had to clean up the spills on the floor from the auger. (2) I didn't ask and was willing to pay the going price which was $185 for fifteen minutes including writing the invoice.

These guys will show up and they will address your issue but it won't be cheap! Inflation is real!

Update:
I did call a couple of times and was able to speak with someone on the phone. I explained who I was and that I was calling in response to the owner's reply. Then I was informed that his reply was just an automated response and nothing was ever offered. Seems like they should change their automated response or just not have one.

I had Dustin (owner) help us in the past and it was top notch. This recent visit was related to the cold spell we recently had here in Lafayette. Our outdoor kitchen faucet was a casualty of the cold and Daniel showed up within 24 hours of an appointment being set. He was polite, professional, and friendly…he was able to replace the faucet that I had on hand and then also repaired to toilets that were noisy and needed some new hardware in the tanks. Acadiana Plumbing was recommended to us by our home builder and we never use anyone else anymore. Highly recommend them!

I am so impressed with Acadiana Plumbing Services. They are professional, efficient and reasonable. Dustin has been been here twice for plumbing issues and both times, he evaluated the problem and told us exactly what needed to be done and the price - no surprises. This company is family-owned and are honest, fair and knowledgeable. I will use them again & would definitely recommended them to anyone in this area.

Dustin and his wife came to fix a few things around our house. They were on time and very professional. Highly recommend them if you need a plumber in the Acadians area!

UPDATE: We had a few more issues come up in our house, so we called Dustin again. This time Daniel came to the house, and he was very professional and friendly. We had about 4-5 issues that we wanted him to look at. He diagnosed what was wrong with the first toilet (it was running) and he fixed it. Our bathroom faucet was loose, but the screw had been rusted out, so he recommended just getting a new fixture. In the other bathroom, the toilet was wobbly, and due to its age, it needed to have the flange replaced, which he was able to do and he added a shim and caulking and the toilet looks great now and is really sturdy. We had some questions about our hot water heater in the attic and he was able to answer them all and he serviced and check out our hot water heater. He said that it is running fine, but since we are not a family of 5, we could probably use a bigger one since the 40 gallon tanks are more for a family of 3.

I highly recommend the guys at Acadiana Plumbing. They do great work, they are very responsive, and they are very up front about what's going on and how much it will cost.
