The counter help is good for sales, however the tool repair service is horrid and absolutely unacceptable from a contractors standpoint. Every time I bring a shop tool here it is sent to Boston for repair. After several weeks go by in some cases over a month I'm forced to call and inquire about the status of our tool. Often times no one calls back and I have to chase down the answer.
The response is....
" I'll have to call the Boston repair center and get the status for you. I can say that they don't like it when you ask about your tool, they get annoyed and put you back to the end of the que as punishment" per the repair shop.
Are you kidding me ?? If I had an employee respond to a customer like this I would fire them on the spot..

The good news is we are inching closer to robots in the workforce. Soon the miserable repairman will be obsolete.

Picked up a Stihl BR 600 backpack leaf blower. They put it together, put gas in, and tested it....ready to go to work.
They have the best prices on Stihl equipment in area but are only open weekdays.
Great service and people!
