DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. FLIM FLAM OPERATION. TECHNICIAN DID NOT EVEN LOOK AT THE PROBLEM BUT LAUNCHED INTO A SALES PITCH - STARTED AT 850 DROPPED IT TO 650 THEN TO 550 IN 30 SECONDS TRYING TO SELL ME A NEW SYSTEM. WHEN I SET APPOINTMENT IT SAID FREE ESTIMATE. THIS PERSON WHO CLEARLY KNEW NOTHING ABOUT THE SYSTEM THEN TOLD ME THERE IS A SERVICE CALL FEE OF $45! I SAID THAT WAS RIDICULOUS FOR THE SERVICE RENDERED AND HE QUICKLY DROPPED IT TO $40 BUT WANTED CASH? I RELUCTANTLY PAID WITH A CREDIT CARD AND HE WANTED TO TAKE A PHOTO OF MY LICENSE? WHY? I REFUSED AND HE GAVE ME A RECEIPT WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY NAME - CHAMPION GARGE DOOR- AND A DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBER AND NO ADDRESS??? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! BUYER BEWARE - I PAID $40 FOR A SALES PITCH. MY DOOR IS WORKING FINE AGAIN TOO WITH NO HELP FROM THEM!!

Very happy with my experience. Called to request help with worn springs and a general garage door tune up on a Cape house we purchased recently. They were able to fit me in quickly, the garage door tech arrived on time, and he answered all my questions and made some good recommendations. Happy with the overall service, knowledge, and delivery at a fair price. Glad that they had all the parts on hand / in the truck that were needed to replace necessary extension springs and guide wheels, and to install safety cables. Everything was done on one trip!

I asked that my door be installed using my existing door opener. The installers made it clear that they *really* wanted to sell me a new $600 opener, but did install with my old one as asked - but turned up the down pressure so that when closed it was severely bending the rail on the opener to the point it would likely break with repeated use. I complained and the installers came back and loosened it so much that there was a very noticeable gap at the bottom between the door and the garage floor. After calling the door manufacturer and the opener manufacturer, both concurred that there should not be a problem, i called other installers to get the problem fixed. The first, recommended by the door manufacturer, refused to help, citing known, persistent problems with Overhead Door of Cape Cod installs. The second came out and quickly fixed the problems, pointing out several other problems with the install that they corrected in short order. Well worth the $120 charge, which shouldnt have been necessary.

Absolutely the best. My garage door motor needed to be replaced. While they did a fabulous job on that, they also put WD 40 on all of the hinges, checked all of the other parts of the door, etc. All at an extremely reasonable price. Best service anyone could ask for.

The appointment was for a new garage door opener because the universal remotes I bought to work with existing opener didn’t work. They were able to get the remotes to work, add a keypad and program my home link in my car. All was done in 10 minutes. The techs were super helpful. They didn’t try to sell me the new opener. We will be customers for life!!! I highly recommend this company.
