I highly recommend using Ball & Boyd when dealing with insurance companies. Our Ball & Boyd representative Jerad did an outstanding job in explaining the claim process, putting together detailed information for our claim with the insurance company and then managing the interaction with the insurance carrier.
His expertise helped us achieve an outcome that we would have not been able to meet if we went alone.
Through this process we saw insurance companies are extremely difficult to work with and do not have your best interests in mind. Jerad with Ball & Boyd represented our best interests in getting us a fair settlement.

We had a tree uproot in our backyard and land inside our 4 seasons room in October 2021. A friend recommended Ball & Boyd and I am so glad he did. Jerad was here from the beginning and worked tirelessly to get the initial claim paid and helped get the additional depreciation that was withheld. He kept us informed and answered all of our questions. I would absolutely recommend this firm.

We experienced a 3 alarm fire at our home in Falmouth, as our home burned, the PA’s started to stop by, asking us to engage their companies on the spot. We passed on these companies and on a recommendation, met with Greg Boyd and hired his team. He and his team were nothing short of amazing. They were extremely competent in evaluating and detailing the damage, presenting our case to the insurance company and successfully negotiating on our behalf. They strategized to maximize the payout from the insurance company and stayed engaged until every issue was exhausted. They successfully collected funds from every category on our insurance policy, maximizing the disbursement. Not only were they competent, but they were a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Boyd and Ball.
