A team of two skilled professionals arrived, on time, Jim Hannon, and his associate. They toured the project, answered all of my questions in great detail and returned a detailed bid within days. I recommend Pella without reservation.

The experience with Pella Windows & Doors was seamless from start to finish. Our initial consultation was relatively quick, but thorough and they were willing to work within our price range and presented options available to us. Once ordered, the turnaround time for delivery and installation was a few weeks. The entire installation process was completed in 2.5 days (1700 sq ft house) and everything was left cleaner than before. We'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for windows & doors!

We have worked on four replacement projects with Vinny Cannamela; a front door with sidelights, and three double-hung window replacement packages for a total of 18 windows. Vinny is the consummate professional, very knowledgable and takes the time to understood our needs--he did not try to push us into more expensive solutions. He also kept us informed about the simple things like any delay in someone arriving for an appointment or the starting time for the demo and installation work to begin. My experience with Pella Windows & Doors of Centerville was outstanding. Starting with Jim who visited my home and answered all of my questions. He walked me through each step of the process and didn't try to upsell me.

The installation crew headed by John was top notch. They showed up on time and treated my home as if it was their own. They were meticulous with their craft making sure every fine detail during my window and patio door installation was to my liking (and taught me a few things along the way). When finished, each work area was thoroughly cleaned and all debris was taken away. The final products look outstanding.

I couldn't be happier with the entire process and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
