Loved most their selection and low prices. They didn’t have the color tile I wanted for one of my kitchens. Total bummer! Was hoping for a deep dark wood looking tile. It seems like for any tile, their total selection is either black, gray, white or light sandy/natural looking colors with some fun pops of color in between. Been saying it’s hard to find a nice tile that’s a dark rich color without being totally black or gray. I was, however, able to purchase tiles for 2 bathrooms and can’t wait to start on my project with those! I like how all the tiles are available for purchase on site. Everyone was super friendly and willing to offer help as well. Great customer service.
I am very happy with the service I received yesterday. I was having trouble picking out grout colors for my bathroom project and RJ helped me. He was extremely helpful and patient. Thank you so much.

RJ & AJ helped me with choosing everything I needed to convert my half bath to a full bath with 4' walk in tile shower! There help with the design was perfection! They knew everything I was going to need and made an overwhelming task so easy & fun!!! Project starts Monday! Can't wait for the before & after pics! Thank you both so much!!!

I recently had an exceptional experience at Floor & Decor in Bellingham, MA thanks to Carlton, AJ, and store manager Colby. Carlton guided me through a return process with remarkable patience and even called me several times to keep me updated. During the sales process, AJ was incredibly patient and friendly, making it a stress-free experience.
Colby, the manager, was very understanding and, along with Carlton, went out of their way to help me. Their professionalism and dedication have left a lasting positive impression.

Kara was awesome! We needed to return a lot of materials I had purchased on Tuesday morning! I had lost the receipt and she found when I checked out on Tuesday and was able to provide a full refund! Great customer service will be taking all my flooring business here!

This is a great store but what's more important are its amazing employees. We had the pleasure to work with Meghan and it was a great experience! Meghan was extremely patient with all our questions. She is very knowledgeable as she guided us nicely through the many options for choosing tiles, colors and the right materials for our project!! I highly recommend to speak to her before selecting tiles on your own.

This chain store is impressive. Very well run and knowledgeable staff.
FYI: appended my original review to note that this specific store is very well run. Went to a location in Shrewsbury [just opened] and they are having major growing pains. I'm sure they will work it out.
