Loved most their selection and low prices. They didn’t have the color tile I wanted for one of my kitchens. Total bummer! Was hoping for a deep dark wood looking tile. It seems like for any tile, their total selection is either black, gray, white or light sandy/natural looking colors with some fun pops of color in between. Been saying it’s hard to find a nice tile that’s a dark rich color without being totally black or gray. I was, however, able to purchase tiles for 2 bathrooms and can’t wait to start on my project with those! I like how all the tiles are available for purchase on site. Everyone was super friendly and willing to offer help as well. Great customer service.

This is a great store but what's more important are its amazing employees. We had the pleasure to work with Meghan and it was a great experience! Meghan was extremely patient with all our questions. She is very knowledgeable as she guided us nicely through the many options for choosing tiles, colors and the right materials for our project!!
