The team at Mass Renewables was a pleasure to work with. From the early estimating and vetting process, through panel layouts, permitting, scheduling of the work, and everything else, the team did an exceptional job communicating and answering all of my questions. The quality, price, and timeliness of the work was great and I am happy with my system. Almost 2 years after the original install, my system has been underperforming a bit and the team is still working with me to troubleshoot an issue with two panels and potentially add an additional panel to help. All in all, I am impressed with Mass Renewables and would recommend them for your solar needs.

UPDATE (5/2/2024): The Mass Renewables crew came and installed 2 additional panels to help out with the underperformance and also replaced 3 failing optimizers. The crew was efficient, friendly, and communicated with me throughout. During the install, they noticed that one of the panels appeared to have been compromised somehow and they were not comfortable leaving it on the roof - so they took it off and will be filing a claim to replace it with the manufacturer. I really appreciate all of the hard work and customer service from the entire time. In a time where I'm constantly seeing news articles and stories about people having issues with their solar companies, you should feel confident in using Mass Renewables.

There's a reason Mass Renewables has such high review ratings--it's not an accident. We checked a few companies before choosing MR. They truly know their business and gave straightforward answers to all of our questions. The level of professionalism was evident from start to finish. The workmanship was outstanding. I can be more than a little of a perfectionist and I was impressed with how carefully electrical conduits were routed to be not just functional, but cosmetically appealing. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Now that we're into our third year with our PV system we couldn't be happier. In our case it provides enough output that we don't have any electric bill. The choice for solar was a no-brainer. The choice to use Mass Renewables was based on their track record of satisfied customers and was just as easy. They are the company you want to use exclusively and also recommend to your friends.

I found Mass Renewables based on numerous Facebook posts on the Franklin page with customers all highly recommending them. The entire crew that I worked with throughout the process was wonderful. They were very efficient and responsive hard workers. They were respectful with wearing masks during COVID-19. I have had the solar panels up and running now for a week and I have no complaints. The owner was great to work with and did an amazing job doing some of the unique project work himself. I highly recommend going green with Mass Renewables and making a good investment in your home if you plan on living there long term. Owning is so much better than leasing in my opinion.

All the staff at Mass Renewables were knowledgeable and professional from the Chris our salesman to the electricians and installers. I can highly recommend them. I interviewed 3 other solar installers and was not impressed. Our system specs were - limited roof space so we needed higher output panels, battery backup and system sized for net zero electric from the grid. One solar company tried to sell me a 50 year roof, one recommended a gas powered generator instead of a battery and one didn't return calls and took weeks to send a quote.

I was referred to Mass Renewables by a friend and I can honestly say I'm very happy with the system and my experience. Two thumbs up!
