Got a new front door with storm door replacing an old piece of junk. O'Sullivan came out for this small job (something a lot of other places I had called wouldn't) and took all kinds of measurements, walked us through customizing our doors, and then sent someone to VERIFY the measurements were good to avoid any mishaps. Day of install they did a great job and the doors look beautiful. They even came back to help when we had a question after the install. Absolutely would recommend.

We made the mistake of going with a company called Liberty Revival initially. They were the Willy Wonka of window woes, promising a chocolate factory of home improvement but delivering a fizzy room of frustration. Mismatched measurements, incorrect products, and an unfinished mess later, I was ready to throw in the towel (or, more accurately, slam the (non-existent) door). Enter O'Sullivan Installs, my light at the end of the tunnel.

Right from the get-go, it was a different story. Brian, their sales person, was super knowledgeable and spent over an hour explaining everything, no jargon, no confusion, just pure window and door wisdom. Ordering was a breeze, and guess what? The windows and door actually arrived on time (gasp!). Seven and a half weeks later, Kara, their customer service person, called us as sweet as can be to schedule the installers.

The installers themselves were professional, nice and just all around amazing. They arrived on time each day and kept the place clean as they worked.

O'Sullivan Installs wasn't just a company; they were a dream team, turning my door and window woes into a home improvement hallelujah. I had the pleasure of having O'Sullivan Installs install 2 outside doors by Provia for me 5 years ago. They are the best doors I've ever had and O'Sullivan had the best installers I've ever had. I recently had a small issue with the weatherstripping on the bottom of one of the doors and O'Sullivan ordered a new piece and came out to install it no charge! Their office manager Kara is a pleasure to deal with and Tim who came out to install the piece was a delight! I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality doors/windows/siding.

Last month, O’Sullivan Installs did the siding and large window replacement on my 1926 Gabrielle Colonial Home, and let me just say WOW! My home came out beautiful! To say that prior to the new siding my house was the “eye soar” of my neighborhood would not be an exaggeration. Not anymore, in fact, I have received many, many complements from neighbors and friends. Complements not only for the siding, but for the professionalism, cleanliness, and dependability of the installers. These guys worked HARD!! Seriously, they worked from dawn to dusk, and the quality and craftsmanship of the install is amazing. They definitely take PRIDE in their work!

From the sales team to the installers, I was so pleased with the thoroughness, suggestions, and honesty of them all. They are straight to the point and what they say is exactly what you can expect. I obtained 3 quotes from installers. O’Sullivan was in the middle for cost. The reason I chose them is they came across as having a lot of experience, knew about potential problems that may occur giving the age of the home, and was prepared for any issues that could arise. No B.S.! The quote was on-point, and I did not incur any surprise expenses in the end. It took a while to get the product, which is life these days, but that was fully explained to me in the beginning. So again, no painful surprises! Any questions I had, whether through email, text, or calling the office, was always promptly responded to.

I also need to mention, that I found out through my neighbors that on my street they watched as an elderly women’s car had a flat tire, and without hesitation the installers stopped what they were doing, fixed her tire, and had her on her way!! When does that happen anymore??!! Bravo gentlemen, BRAVO!!! Tim, buy these guys a burger and beer!!

O'Sullivan Installs put in windows and two exterior doors for me in 2011. The work was excellent and timely. However, that wasn't the end of the story. In 2021, my front door sill seal became frayed and required replacement. I was also looking to have a third door replaced.

Even though I am now out of their service area, Tim arranged for the seal to be replaced at no cost to me, and connected me with an installer in my area, even providing the previous order information to make it easy to match my existing door. This should give you a sense of the level of professionalism he maintains. A company of rare quality.

I used O'Sullivan Installs more than 7 years ago to replace my siding and install windows and doors and was happy from the first call.

3 weeks ago a handle on my screen door broke and I call and left a message. Tim, the owner. called me back, asked me a few questions and said "don't worry about it, we will fix it." Today O'Sullivan Installs came by and fixed the handled. While fixing the handle in itself isn't a big deal, here is what is, they didn't charge me. Tim said he wasn't interested in nickel and diming his customers and just wanted me to be happy.

I have recommended O'Sullivan Installs to many friends and neighbors and will continue to do so. Tim and his team are all about quality, satisfaction and "doing the right thing." I would HIGHLY recommend O'Sullivan Installs to anyone!
