Had a great experience with Commercial Cleaning Service. They did an amazing job of cleaning a 75-unit property. The building was spotless, and my residents gushed over how beautiful the building was cleaned. Thank you so much for an amazing service.

Overall

Been having issues from Day 1 with this cleaning company. Constantly in breach of the cleaning contract from sloppy work, lack of detail, not doing the work, not returning trash bins and leaving them out for days. Excuse after excuse. Always got the promise from the higher up "they will do better" and "that will not happen again". Terrible service avoid this company.

We've been using 78Clean for 4 months for our large office building. I can't say enough good things about this team. They are professional, thorough, and have great communication. I haven't had a single complaint about their work - which is a delightful upgrade from our previous cleaning team. I highly recommend them.

Three cheers for CCS! I had an apartment emergency with a tenant who left my condo a complete disaster but I only was informed from abroad. Alyssa responded to my email IMMEDIATELY and helped organize an emergency cleaning within 36 hours of the initial phone call. It was exactly as much money as I was expecting as well. I was finally able to sleep well knowing that it was done, and done extremely well at that.
