Vlad was terrific! Replaced rotted wood below our deck slider, re-attached a spice rack (much more securely!), and swapped out an overhead light. Disparate jobs, but all well within his wheel-house. Friendly, Professional, Affordable, Capable, Responsive... But, the thing that put him over-the-top for me was, after hanging the light, it was a bit off-kilter. Most would have packed up and moved on. Not Vlad. It bothered him. He took it down, made some corrections to the product (yes, it was something wrong with the manufacturing, nothing he did), and put it back up. And this was at 8PM at night. I highly recommend him and will certainly use him again myself.

I am long overdue writing this review of Vlad and his team. My only hesitancy is that I am worried Vlad will be too busy and it will be harder to book him!

My wife and I recently bought our first home. Like many new first homeowners, we are learning the hard way how much work it is and how hard it is to find good help. After having to let a (un)handyman go midjob, I found Vlad and his team. My wife and I couldn't be more thankful. Vlad framed and finished this dangerous overlook (picture below) and built my wifes dream wall. He was so detail oriented, thoughtful, and hardworking that we used him to redo our baseboard and put on barn doors. He has also done smaller jobs (hang mirrors, retractable hoses etc).

Bottom line, I trust Vlad to do a good job with my home and trust him to be in my home. I always am happy to see him because I know the work will be done right. He is a talented guy and his partner Paul is equally as meticulous and hard working.

If you have made it this far in my review, stop reading and go ahead and call him. Small or big jobs, he will do it right. He was a bit slow to warm as I think he could tell I was new at this whole home ownership thing and didn't know what I was doing, but once you get to know him (and him you) you learn how thoughtful and caring he is. He is my go to guy to get things done!

Vlad was helpful in communicating and his worker was polite, efficient, caring, and diligent about hanging our new blinds. When the supplied screws were not the right length for the frames, he pulled out his own and used those instead. In about 2 hours, he had installed 12 blinds - the entire upstairs. We greatly appreciate the service and will definitely call on them again. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for anyone.
