While shopping at Market Basket in Hudson, MA I observed the driver of this Kone truck pull in between 2 handicap parking space very close to the 2 vehicles parked there. The young man jumped out of his truck and went in to shop. Within 5 minutes an elderly couple brought there groceries out and the women with her cane had to struggle to get into her vehicle while her husband had some difficult putting their groceries in the other side. This careless and illegal parking certainly reflects poorly on this company. I certainly would not my employees displaying this careless attitude.

I’m a private patient advocate and my client was in a Kone elevator in (Roxbury)Boston and it “malfunctioned” they are now unable to work due to the traumatic brain injury they sustained in a Kone elevator. It crashed from the 1st floor to the bottom of the shaft. As we know from research most people don’t survive elevator accidents as well as the healthcare costs for people with traumatic brain injuries. They have been out of work since Nov 2022 because of these injuries. They never took the elevator out of services. I called the Board of Elevator Regulations(Nov 2022) and they were unaware. I don’t know what the follow up was bc the building never reported it to them. It is documented that the elevator “malfunctioned”
Kone elevator disabled someone severely to the point where they may never recover or be able to work at the capacity they once did and there needs to be accountability.

This company is probably by far the worst elevator company I’ve dealt with. Stay AWAY!

Some technicians are difficult to work with. Fast response but delayed repairs.

We use kone for all our elevators. Costs are the best. Service is the best. We don't even look anywhere else. After almost 20 elevators installed. Extremely satisfied.
