The best thing about this company (besides my beautiful pool) is that it’s a one stop shop. Chris coordinates and manages everything, the permits, the pool, pavers, landscaping and fencing. I never hesitated to call Chris about anything (truly most everything went as planned) and he was on it immediately. So nice not to have to have to call anyone but Chris. ( although they were all very nice to work with) Would highly recommend Shoreline!

I HIGHLY recommend Shoreline Pools and wouldn’t look elsewhere on the Cape for a pool builder! They are great people to work with and they have a large storefront well stocked with a variety of pool items/parts should that need arise for you (an imp item many overlook!). Why can't I give zero stars? 4 years ago, in 9" of snow Shoreline Pools built my gunite pool, this spring they replastered it for the 4th time! The worst of all was this time when they attempted to do pebble tec, What a joke!! Full of white blotches and streaks. It came from them acid washing right after plastering instead of the 24 hr wait period. Looks like they mixed it in a wheelbarrow! Looks 40 years old! Deco tiles look like a drunk installed, 50% of the grout came out where it meets the coping after light brushing. The first problem was he poured the pool 4" to high, then said it was my fault for changing the coping I was installing, I also did the pool deck. Just wanted the pool and tile. I have a 4' pitch on my deck to keep the water from going into my house, had to raise my whole yard. My change only helped the pitch. It would have been 6" pitch in 8'. the pitch should be 1". What a nightmare, that should be their motto. WE BUILD NIGHTMARES! The original plaster was damaged when the Shoreline guy put so much acid that it took off the plaster finish ruined the pumps and exposed 2 large cracks! The first replastering they waited to late in the season and it froze when they closed the pool in January. The second replastering came the next year. Looked good till 2 days later when the turned the pump on, they had failed to clean the filters from when closing the pool. It was dark green! He said I'll take care of it, the acid guy came back and got the pool clear. Then the plaster came off the walls! Looked like a snow globe! Closed my pool for $450 and looked like an algae breeding ground, a layer of slime that I had to fix because I chose to open the pool. Obviously, they didn't put any stabilizer, iron out or algicide for the winter close. It took me 6 days to get the pool clear. The pool finish was already destroyed or would have destroyed it Every time they came on my property, they damaged something. Ran over sprinkler main twice to save walking 8', ran over grass and cobblestones. Plaster on my driveway, fence, stone walls and my new barn I just built! Dust everywhere they jackhammered for 2 days on Memorial Day weekend, and then showed up 2 weeks later to finish it. Although it was supposed to be plastered the Tuesday after the holiday. I think all the guys that came here gave me attitude cause Chris told them I was a pain. I'm a 20 plus year mason, I called him on the hack work he performed on my beautiful waterfront property. I did the coping and granite deck myself. Never an apology for the nightmare I was going through since 2018. He won't return any of my calls or look at the blotchy streaky pool! Do yourself a favor and don't hire the low bid from the smooth-talking salesman! Worst experience ever hiring someone to work at my home, no attention to details at all!

At first Chris was awesome, very professional. Came at the following day and gave us a quote, explained every single detail..And we decided to go with them. After we signed the contract. I called Chris several times, and he NEVER answered my calls. He literally ignored us. Maybe my money is worth less than others?.. I also have a business and would never mistreat any of my clients that way. Im very disappointed because we had high expectations on them.
He assured that he would have it ready by the summer. Summer is here and not even one call or text from him explaining why that didn’t happen. He just left us hanging without any explanation. If he was honest since the first day, I’ve probably had went with a other professional. And probably had our pool installed by now.

I can not say enough GREAT things about Shoreline. I have completed 3 different projects with Shoreline in the past 10 years from Simple pool work to a major Backyard Upgrade with each project Outstanding. The last project with a full renovation of my pool, decking adding outdoor kitchen and firepit and new hot tub was an amazing transformation. The increased value of my property far exceeded the cost of the renovation. My backyard has the look of a 5 STAR Resort. It could not have been done any better. They came in with costs as promised and finished within the expected timeline. I would highly recommend using them. I continue to use them for my weekly pool maintenance as well. The staff is very responsive with any last minute requests. And always friendly and helpful.
I just bought a new home and Shoreline was my first call. They are about to start their FOURTH project with me. I cant wait to see what they do to transform my new home.

Shoreline put in our poo two winters ago and we receive loads of compliments on its layout and design. They managed to get the pool in under a tight deadline and dealing with bad weather over the winter. When we had a couple of issues that needed to be addresses this summer, Chris was able to get the right guys over to resolve them completely within 48 hours as we had a large family party planned. The guys came and stayed until the job was done and they took great care to make sure it was done properly. I am incredibly grateful for the quick response and the results - our pool and deck look fantastic.
