Doug from Cape Cod Doors replaced 5 original windows and 1 slider in the unfinished basement of our 43 year old home. What a difference!!! The basement is lighter, warmer and most of all DRYER. Not only are we extremely pleased with the end result, Doug made the process easy. Sometimes on the Cape it is hard to get help, but Doug was prompt and courteous, returning calls and e-mails faster than i could reply to him! Doug is very experienced and professional, and his pricing is fair. Doug will be the first & only person we call for our next window/door work, which i hope we can have done soon!

What a great experience! When we decided to replace our doors, we came upon Doug. He replied to our initial inquiry, set up a time to see what we had, and then helped us work through some options. A few days later, we received a clear contract with a projected installation date. Then a few weeks later, he confirmed the installation date, and showed up at 8am to start -- and finish -- installing two new doors and one screen door. And a week later, we still love them and still see that the craftsmanship was outstanding! And, he fixed a few things here and there around the doors to make them even better like a proper rain drip above one of the doors. Courteous, on time, on schedule, and on budget. Really fantastic service!

Doug replaced a storm door for us and took the time to help us get a repaired screen back into a tricky patio slider assembly. A pro. Great responsiveness and follow through. High quality work and excellent problem solving skills. Would recommend to anyone.

If you are looking for a door replacement done right, call Doug! Doug repaired a badly damaged door frame and replaced two doors for me. He explained what needed to be done, reviewed my options, and provided written estimates for each. He completed the job in one day, and everything was done to perfection. Doug is professional, courteous, and responsive. I will use him again for future projects and highly-recommend his services.

Doug came out to patiently explain door options and was very knowledgeable about the products. He was prompt and professional on the day he installed the door. He replaced some rotten wood on the door frame and installed our new hardware too. He was efficient, neat, and did great work. We love the new door and would recommend him to others.

Doug did an oustanding job. We had 2 new doors and 2 new storms doors installed at a fair price. He does high quality work. Was on-time and was very neat. It was just a great experience. We would use Doug again. I would highly recommend him.

Finding amazing home professionals on Cape Cod can be difficult, but when one comes along that changes the game, you have to acknowledge it. Doug at Cape Cod Doors is awesome. Responsive and punctual, he guided us through the purchase and then installed two doors at our house. The price was reasonable, and the craftsmanship of the installation is top notch. Doug is a true professional, and I'm afraid his ambition of retiring to the Cape will not come to fruition. He's just too darn good at what he does, and he's going to be busy.

Doug was great to work with from initial contact for quote to a job well done. We searched online for a contractor and liked the pictures of jobs he had done on his website. Not knowing his company we picked him based on meeting with him for the estimate. We felt confident he would do a great job. We had our whole house of all original single hung windows and a bow window replaced. Price was good. Service was prompt and well done. One window had the tiniest manufacturing defect which he replaced as soon as it came in. We are very happy with our new windows. We would definitely use him again for any future needs.

Doug Hauser of Cape Cod Doors was courteous, efficient, and went about the work with great professionalism. My new deck sliding doors are beautiful! I hope to have him replace a window in the near future. His prices are very competitive and I wish Cape Cod Doors great success here on the Cape! He did an amazing job and I am so appreciative!
