What a great experience! When we decided to replace our doors, we came upon Doug. He replied to our initial inquiry, set up a time to see what we had, and then helped us work through some options. A few days later, we received a clear contract with a projected installation date. Then a few weeks later, he confirmed the installation date, and showed up at 8am to start -- and finish -- installing two new doors and one screen door. And a week later, we still love them and still see that the craftsmanship was outstanding! And, he fixed a few things here and there around the doors to make them even better like a proper rain drip above one of the doors. Courteous, on time, on schedule, and on budget. Really fantastic service!

Doug was great to work with from initial contact for quote to a job well done. We searched online for a contractor and liked the pictures of jobs he had done on his website. Not knowing his company we picked him based on meeting with him for the estimate. We felt confident he would do a great job. Doug from Cape Cod Doors replaced 5 original windows and 1 slider in the unfinished basement of our 43 year old home. What a difference!!! The basement is lighter, warmer and most of all DRYER. Not only are we extremely pleased with the end result, Doug made the process easy. Sometimes on the Cape it is hard to get help, but Doug was prompt and courteous, returning calls and e-mails faster than i could reply to him!
