As a new pool owner, built through Easton Pool, the store staff is always attentitive, knowledgeable, and courteous. Their motto is that there are no dumb questions, which makes calling and asking dumb questions easy and judgment free. I look forward to continuing to bring my business their way for as long as I have the pool.

Installed a new pool pump and filter system into old pool built in the 80’s. Quick turn around on a quote, good recommendation for Hayward Variable Speed pump and filter combo. Installed within a week and a half. Professional crew and timely follow up on questions about the new system. Highly recommend, great customer experience, pool is working great!

The staff at Easton pool are so helpful. The manager Lori is amazing. She always goes above and beyond. She is knowledgeable and friendly. Anytime I run into issues and am about to lose my mind, Lori talks me off the ledge. Having a pool is a lot of work and you need a reputable place to help you problem solve. Our pool Is old and sometimes we run into issues with our chemicals. I like BioGuard chemicals and I like their advanced testing computers. Easton pool is farther from us than some other stores, but I don’t care. I happily drive the extra distance to see Lori and get her advice.

We purchased a home with a pool. Upon opening it was a hot mess… so dirty. I literally wanted to drain and fill the hole with dirt! Wheel barrels full of leaves and muck! Laurie at the store was phenomenal. She walked me through everything… even came out to look at it. Chris and his crew came to clean a couple times. I can’t thank them enough. Superior service!

Looking to have pool installed at my cape house and was drawn to Easton Pool's website. I first called and then was told to email per company policy. So in early August I emailed to get the ball rolling on getting an estimate. Not only did I have to email on 3 separate occasions to get a response but when I finally heard back they said it would be about a month out to get an estimate. So I scheduled for this past weekend, 09/19 for noon. I never got a confirmation so I called three times and texted. I currently am in Boston and told Dave that I would come down to meet him. He replied 6 hours later, "sorry dealing with stuff. I was going to reply to you tomorrow, maybe best to find someone else to do your pool".
WASTE OF TIME! Very unprofessional.

Doing Business with this company probably since they opened. Had an Issue with my Dolphin Pool Cleaner and brought it to the Easton Store. With all the Covid Virus restriction going on I pulled into there Parking Lot, There Employee came right out asked what the issues were, asked me to hang on and I would have to assume it was there store manager Laurie came out to explain what the Issues were with my machine that was 5 years old, She explained the Pro's and Cons of repairs to Just replacing the unit. She worked all the details out selling me a new Unit at a Great Price, She was probably one of the most Experienced, Polite people I have ever dealt with ! No Doubt this company is Class A, there People will make you feel welcome ! Thanks Laurie.... Steve C.

What do I like about this business? Everything! I just moved here and was looking for a pool service. Not only are their prices reasonable (pretty good, actually: with options for a lower opening/closing costs if you remove your own cover, which was easy enough to do), but more importantly: customer service.
I opened my pool right before the Memorial Weekend and ran into one
issue after another (I came from a salt water pool to a DE filter, so there was a big learning curve for me).
Mike, the service manager is great. What makes him great is, well, everything: from his knowledge of my pool (which Easton Pools installed 20 yrs ago) to no matter how busy he is (and right now he's crazy busy), he always finds time to return my calls (of which I have had quite a few, given it's a new system for me).
He listens patiently as I explain my confusion, educates me about a DE filter, talks me through my problem, troubleshooting with me and has resolved all my issues over the phone.
Everyone at the pool supply store is extremely knowledgable, so helpful, friendly, and extremely patient, answering questions (which are Mike questions) if a call goes to Mike's voicemail.
I love that everyone there seems to be on the same page.
Oh, I forgot to mention the two guys who came to open the pool (great job, Dominic & Ian- thanks!).
I can't say enough good things about Easton Pools. If I could give 10 stars I would.
