I had water damage to my home due to a leaked shower. Finding John has been the best thing that happened relating to the disaster. He came right away to assess the damage, gave me an accurate estimation of what he thinks the insurance should cover, and handled the entire claim process. This is the first insurance claim for me and I have never even heard of a public insurance adjuster, as a job. But having John to deal with the insurance company on my behalf was a great relief. And John delivered. Thank you, John, Chris and Kerri.

John is a man of his word. He has gone above and beyond to help me settle a rather complicated claim and has shown an impressive level of integrity and dependability. I highly recommend his services!

I worked with John and his team regarding some water damage during some severe thunderstorms. The team took immediate action by coming out reviewing the damage and contacting my insurance company. I was amazed that they handled everything, and I never had to speak with my insurance company. Dillon’s services did all the “heavy lifting” and I am completely satisfied with the results.

A good PA understands the claims process and will help alleviate the stress that comes with settling a large property insurance claim. They'll be upfront about how their fees are structured and set reasonable expectations for what your total settlement will look like.
A bad PA will promise you the moon, accomplish very little and walk away with their cut of the settlement, leaving you worse off than you would have been on your own.
Dillon easily fits into the "bad" category. Much like Shannon Guest, we got no response from him for 10 months, in spite of repeated inquiries from us and the insurance company.
PA's should reduce one's stress on an already stressful process when making a huge home ownership claim. John only causes more stress by his inaction. He ought to be ashamed of himself, but considering he has zilch regard for his clients whatsoever, I doubt he has the capacity to be shamed.
He is a perfect example as to why so many PA's have a bad rep.

Called John when I had major flood a year and a half ago, I used this adjuster in the past when he worked for a previous agency years ago and things went amazing. The past year and a half my insurance won’t speak to me because I hired an adjuster, I’ve texted and emailed with no luck of any update, and still have damage to my home with money owed to contractors for what was fixed. I’ve done all the footwork, and even offered to cancel the contract if he doesn’t have the time for this claim. Last I heard was back in the beginning of October 2023 my adjuster failed to attend a scheduled meeting with my insurance agency. I’m very disappointed as we had just purchased the home prior to this happening. The lack of communication after the initial check was disbursed is unprofessional. I just recently took out a loan to help pay contractors what I owe for the work done, and reinstalled damaged cabinets and material. I’m praying I can’t at least get the depreciation back before the time limit is up on this but won’t hold my breath.
