Steve was so professional,knowledgeable and really worked hard at making sure I was happy with my exterior lights which were not easy! We also put an outlet on the house to charge a vehicle. He made sure it was the most economical way to do it and also look good. Very conscientious. I’ll be making him our go to electrician for sure. I can not recommend him any higher. He is amazing.

Steve arrived on time, and replaced the bathroom light/fan. He’s knowledgeable, personable, and easy to work with. The new fixture was just a little smaller, so he got my can of paint out, and touched up the ceiling around the new light. Then he brought in his vacuum and did a good job cleaning up. What more could I asked for?! This is the second time he did work for me. I’ll call him again when I need a reliable electrician. His emails are often signed, “Love what I do,” and the quality of his work proves it.

The recent storm wreaked havoc on our house, ripping all the street to house wiring and meter assembly completely off the wall. I can't find enough good words to describe the awesome services my family received from Steven M Parker electric, from the moment we called late evening after a tree fell and knocked our powerlines down to the awesome job he did in no time the next morning. He came that evening 20mins after the initial call, stayed and waited a long time for the power company , then walking us through what needed to be done( I was clueless). Came back the next day very early( called at 8:30am) was here before 9am , did an excellent job with the inspector , he
was willing to do other people's job just so we could be comfortable ( like calling the power company when he didn't have to just to check on their ETA.) I want to say a HUGE thank you to Steven for being a rock and a great guide throughout this unfortunate situation. I would recommend him for a lifetime. I purchased a new home that needed a bit of work (exterior lights and outlets that were not properly installed and were unsafe, light switches that didn't work, panel improperly installed by previous team, doorbell installation, wiring run for cable and Ethernet and new cable/internet box closet installation - he worked with the cable company and me to make sure everything was run to an access point that was convenient for me). Since it was going to be a big job, I also chose to upgrade my service at the same time. Steven took the time to do a professional evaluation of my new home and asked many questions in order to anticipate the upgrades, concerns and questions I would have both at that time and toward the future. He prepared multiple estimates to address certain issues and upgrades in the order of my pocket and preference. It was first-class service and dedication to making sure I was completely happy with the work but also in a position to fix only the safety concerns if needed. He noticed different preferences with my home automation and made suggestions based on my system design without any direction from me. Having someone who cares and thinks critically about the desires of his customers without being asked is invaluable when you're busy and dealing with a move. His team uses sophisticated scheduling and payment software and he communicated constantly throughout the job. He planned the project well and completed on time even after I added two additional, unexpected upgrades to the job and coordinated with the city regarding the permits. The team he had on-site was professional and friendly. I trust Steven and intend to use him again for different projects and upgrades.
