I walked into the store and said hello can someone help me. There were two men at the counter. I was waiting for them to finish what they were doing. A man walked in and they immediately helped him. I asked the other gentleman if I could get some help. He looked up and said maybe, extremely sarcastic.
I have some difficulty communicating because of my disability. He was obviously frustrated with me. He told me he didn’t have the other thing that I needed and sent me somewhere else. He acted like I was stupid that I couldn’t follow his directions to this place. Again I have difficulty’s following verbal directions well.
I felt extremely insecure upset and needed to write this. For whatever reason it was that he treated me this way it was very wrong.
I was very grateful for the customer that did come in as because he was the one that help me he was kind and knowledgeable and he help me figure out what it is I need it. I am a spiritual healer I have no idea about hardware. I hope this bad review changes the way others are treated.

The Haverill branch and Yves went above and beyond for us on a Saturday. I called their emergency line and they opened up and got the parts I needed so I could get my customer back up and running, great service.

Super helpful and friendly folks at the counter. Decent pricing on the items I was looking for. They carry various brands and lots of the usual stuff needed for your electrical projects. For items not in stock they were glad to order them and will call once they come in. Consider stopping in to see what you are missing.
