20min after their installers left, we smelled gas. Turns out an installer drilled into our propane line with an electric drill, which could have started a fire and/or explosion. This caused us to incur a charge of just over $300 from the propane company. Both the propane company and a local inspector agreed the propane line was considered up to code all the way up until the gutter installer drilled into the line, taking it all out of code, causing a new tank to have to then be installed.
Sandra seems to be the only point of contact and always says Gary is NOT available. When presented with this concern, she got extremely defensive and denies any wrongdoing. In fact, when I tried making the point that my 6yo daughter was at home and was put at risk, she didn't even hesitate and immediately tried saying we put their tech at risk. Wow, no humanity whatsoever. They say they're licensed/insured, but after this, I am highly doubting that.
Next step is homeowner's insurance claim, possibly a lawyer to help ensure they retrain their techs and don't put anyone else at risk. Not even looking for free/discounted gutters, just an apology for a human mistake, an assurance they'll train their techs to ask before drilling if they are not 110% sure what's behind that spot, and to be reimbursed for the propane visit. How is that unreasonable? YOU ALMOST BLEW UP MY HOUSE AND CHILD!!!!

The saddest part? They were absolutely wonderful up until we mentioned the concern and otherwise did an amazing job. Just how they(she) handled my concern was reprehensible for a business in this day and age. Absolutely disgusted by this company, but mostly Sandra. 20+ years in the customer service industry and our interaction with her was among the top 5 worst ever. Again, the propane company themselves, that have been servicing this home for years before we moved in, confirmed everything was up to code until the screw punctured the line and that the gutter company was 100% responsible.

Update, 9-22-23. They ended up sending a check, which has now cleared. They stated they sent it yet still accept zero responsibility. Look... a fire nor explosion happened, so it was a simple human mistake on the installer. It was how they handled the situation from a customer service standpoint that was atrocious and disgusting. When customers are angry, they aren't themselves, you don't go down to that level as the primary representative of a business. Do better.

Received notification yesterday that I was on the schedule for today. They came today as promised, and their foreman,, Jerry, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and very professional. Jerry looked over the job and got everything done while saving us money in the process. Couldn’t be happier. Recommend Gary’s gutters and especially the foreman Jerry.

They redid the gutters for my grandads house and it came out amazing. Quality was right as well as timing. The man jerry and another young man came over and took care of it no problem. Took the old gutters with them as well. Pricing was right too. If ever needed again definitely use their services again

Jerry and Ryan were fantastic!! They were courteous, professional and clean! They worked quickly and throughly to clean and repair my gutters. They offered honest opinions on the state of the gutters and when they thought they would need to be replaced. I will definitely be using their service again. Gary, Sandra and the whole team are to be commended on their company.

Sandra came out and measured up and helped figure out how we should handle certain tricky parts of our guttering. She was so pleasant and helpful. Two other companies said they would come out to give us a quote, but never turned up. Doesn't matter, because Gary's Gutters would have won the job just based on Sandra! They were very responsive to emails and calls throughout the project. Jerry is a ray of sunshine, and he and his installation team did an incredible job. So professional, clean, exacting, a real perfectionist! I really don't know anyone who gushes over their gutters, but we do! They really make the house look beautiful and the peace of mind we have that no water will be pouring into our basement is priceless! We are so thrilled and can't recommend this company enough! Thank you Sandra, Jerry, and the install team!
