J.C. and Walter were awesome movers. They arrived on time, assessed what needed to be moved and got it done. They were professional and made sure I was satisfied with the service. I would definitely use this company again & recommend it to anyone looking to make a move big or small.

Kyle and Joe were polite, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend College Hunks and as for Joe and Kyle. They did a wonderful job cleaning out 36 years of what I now considered junk. The photo is only part of what they took away.

Cole's Team was amazing! They called to see if our office would like for them to come, almost 2 hours early. They were prompt, professional, quick, thorough, asked questions, and very nice! They smiled the entire time they were working, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for an immediate removal of "junk"! Great company! Great service!

We used college hunks to move from one house to our new house the next town over. The movers left trash behind at both houses. They weren't very careful with our things. My son's mattress got covered in some muddy-looking unidentified substance. It was wet and filthy. They didn't seal the mattress bag properly, and somehow it must have slipped out and got dirty, maybe in the truck, because the owner claims no one knows how it happened and it didn't get dropped on the ground by anyone. The team leader was kind and apologetic and even told me the guys never should have put the muddy mattress on the bed frame because it got mud all over the place. But the owner later told me they didn't do anything wrong and they completely followed the correct protocol. I appreciate that at least the team leader was willing to take accountability. This accident made our move day very stressful because my 5 year old didn't have a mattress to sleep on our first night in the new home due to the filth and wetness. The company didn't provide the services they advertise in their website and in the emails I got about a stress-free experience. I felt dismissed and minimized by the owner when I relayed my concerns. She didn't care that this was an unacceptable experience and wanted to protect her company's reputation and convince me they've never had a single complaint before. She said, "accidents happen, these things just happen". Like taking the legs of my bedframe away with them which had to be returned later so we could build our bed and sleep that night. I've used professional movers before (Gentle Giant) for a big move across the state, and none of these issues occurred. None of our things were damaged or dropped or not unloaded, and the service was exceptional and trustworthy. I wish I had known ahead of time that leadership of this business does not have acceptable standards. I'm leaving my honest review because if I had known any of these experiences was possible on our move day, I would have hired someone else and not gone through all this.
