This shop is extremely unique in todays world. A true family business run with super efficiency.

I just picked up yet another order of windows from them at their new facility. They had everything I needed in stock and readily available.

I’ve used them for over 10 years for many projects and they always come through and stand by their products. Storm doors, replacement windows, new construction windows, supplies etc.

They all have years of expertise and are very happy to share it with customers.

Their new shop is an impressive facility and it will serve their business well moving forward.

They have great prices on windows, quick turnaround special orders, and exceptional service from each person there. Can’t ask for more.

They are the best , hard working great funny attitudes, calm you down when your upset your windows aren't in yet (obviously not there fault) I went in there and the windows were supposed to be in but they weren't. I got for upset because of job scheduling and she immediately got on the phone called amd made sure my windows are going to be on the truck the next day, amazing! They all seem to really like there jobs , the owner has been xling this for 60 years if you need any windows of any size and style or screen doors or a variety of options for your front door go to them and byw when they say as soon as the windows or doors came in they call right away like in 10 minutes, plus they have so much stock, all different size windows and doors. Plus they have there office where you go to pick up your doors and windows but 5 minutes from there they have a small warehouse full of doors ND windows. This is the only place i buy doors and windows once I found out about them about 2 years ago. Definitely go there for all your window and door needs!

I asked Ed from Windows in Stock to help me identifying a replacement crank for an older window that had no manufacturer name on it. There are hundreds, if not thousands of different cranks in different catalogues and I was at a loss where to start.

Ed's experience was invaluable. He advised me what and how to measure and he spent a good amount of time with me finding the original part and then a replacement because the original was not in stock anywhere anymore.

This was just a small piece for less than $100, yet Ed was patient, friendly and welcoming throughout the whole process. He took ownership of the problem and left nothing untried.

I highly recommend Windows in Stock. Their experience, customer service and friendliness are unmatched.

This company is very unorganized and unprofessional, I have been waiting for two egress windows for 7 weeks. This morning I called and spoke to someone who informed me that the windows were ready to pick up (keeping in mind no one had ever called me about them) . When I arrive the same day the front desk lady informed me they gave the windows by mistake to someone else who was up in line. Yesterday! ….. She never apologized or took responsibility for her mistake. Now I have to wait another week for them pushing back an already long project.

I don’t not recommend this place.

UPDATE: Kathy told me to call back Tuesday that the shipment will arrive then .. turns out windows didn’t arrive. Then , once again I was bounced to check back in Friday (today)… I called Kathy who was very unhelpful and unbothered by there big mix up once again told me “sometime next week “ “I cannot guarantee delivery date “ which is so unprofessional given I paid in full for the windows on June 27!!!! No one is helping or looking into this situation.This is so frustrating. Do not got here.
